*I have not been able to
confirm an Ed Kohls with a relationship to my family and he was not listed
among the passengers of the immigrant ship.
However, I’ve been told by two different family members about the
following:
A Fredericke
Kohls is described in an obituary and additional information by the Milwaukee
County Online Genealogy and Family History website at http://www.linkstothepast.com/milwaukee/dallmann.php. Due to the similarity in name the close time
frame, might Fredericke Kohls be a sister to August Kohls father,
Friedrich Kohls?
