As of 1891, widowed mother Cornelia Dane was living at 547 Durkee St. in Appleton, WI. Her daughter Frances and her husband Fred live with her.

They later moved to 719 Lawrence St., Appleton, WI. (This became 231 E. Lawrence St. in 1925 when Appleton changed the numbering system for addresses.) Cornelia continues to live with Frances and Fred and their growing family.

*Effie Dane was likely b. February of 1872, married unknown Holmes, and d. March 3, 1894. They had a son Frances born in 1893 who died young.

The County was informed of Cornelia’s death by a J. R. Colvin. This is would be her grandson James Reeve Colvin from daughter Frances’ family.
