Charles Robert Briggs III m. Marzelle Wilma (Hoffman) Briggs.  She was born in Waller County Texas (at the Frederick Homestead ) April 29, 1918 and died March 29, 1983 in Houston, Texas.  Charles worked for Contractors Lumber & Supply Co. for over 35 years.  Charles and Marzelle had 2 children:

            Charles Robert Briggs IV

            William “Bill” Briggs

 

Mary Frances “Patty” (Briggs) Flanders has 2 children:

            Edwin Frank Flanders

            Ridge Allan Flanders

 

Wallace Reuben Briggs is retired from the United States Marine Corps.  His 1st wife, Ruth, died of cancer and they had 1 child, Bonnie (Briggs) Hurley and adopted 2 children: Albert and Glenn.  Bonnie and her husband have 4 children.  Wallace’s 2nd wife is Clara and they had no children.
