Wallace Millard Briggs b.October 22, 1897 in Decatur, Illinois and d. October 25, 1962. Married Margaret Monier Zeigler November 9, 1925 and had 2 children:

Mary Margaret (Briggs) Young, b. September 30, 1926, d. September 11, 1947.

Boyd Bardon Briggs, b. October 19, 1929 and married Marjorie Ann Raines.
